What to expect for your first visit

Important info for new clients

Fill out your intake form

You will receive an e-mail containing a link to an intake form. It contains important information that will help your therapist give you the best massage tailored for your needs and health concerns.

Arrive a few minutes early

10 - 15 minutes early is ideal. This gives you time for a restroom visit and time to chat with your therapist about your expectations for your massage.

Come comfortable

There is no need to dress up for your massage. Hair and makeup will likely get a little messy.

Don’t worry about body hair

Hairy legs, armpits, chests, backs… we don’t care. Don’t feel embarrassed if you haven’t had time or forgot to shave, trim or wax.

Undress to your comfort level

When on the massage table you will be covered with a sheet and blanket, and draping is performed to ensure your modesty.

Hygiene

Attention to personal hygiene is appreciated by all massage therapists. No worries if you are coming straight from work or a workout - take a shower the morning before your massage (and brush your teeth!) and you’ll be fine.

Speak Up!

Your comfort is top priority. If you need more or less pressure, are hot or cold, don’t like the music or want the volume changed, need a pillow or face cradle adjusted - just ask!
