Spa Rules and Etiquette
Please arrive on time for your appointment. It is ideal to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. This allows ample time for restroom visits and intake interview.
Please communicate your medical history. It is important that you truthfully answer all health questions. Your information is kept private, but there are some health conditions that will affect the massage and your therapist may need to make accommodations for your safety.
Please speak up. Your therapist will make every effort to insure your comfort. If the pressure is too light or heavy please let them know. If you are hot or cold, if a pillow needs to be moved, if you don’t like the music, or if anything is disturbing your ability to relax your therapist can probably fix it.
Wear clothing you are comfortable in. Your therapist will tell you to undress to your level of comfort. YOUR comfort is our top priority. We are comfortable if you are fully dressed or fully nude. Proper draping is used at all times to ensure your modesty. Swedish massage techniques are applied using lotions directly on skin but other techniques can be used of you do not feel comfortable removing some clothing or undergarments.
